Fix common problems

Saving recipes

• "We didn't find a recipe": the caption was hidden or the recipe is in the comments or spoken. Paste the text and tap Get recipe again.
• "You've reached today's limit of AI imports": type the recipe in with the form, or try again tomorrow.
• Wrong servings or times: tap Edit and fix them. Scaling and nutrition use the servings number.
• Video doesn't play: check the Video link under Source and credit. Private or deleted videos can't be shown.

Nutrition and diary

• No nutrition panel: tap Look up now in the Full nutrition box.
• Some ingredients aren't counted: edit those lines to a plain amount and food, like 1 tbsp olive oil.
• A diary meal shows 0 calories: it was a quick add without calories, or the recipe has no nutrition yet.

Voice assistant

• No microphone button: your browser doesn't support speech recognition. Try Chrome, Edge or Safari.
• It stops listening: check that magicmeals.app is allowed to use the microphone in your browser settings.
• You can't hear it: make sure Read aloud is ticked and your phone isn't on silent.
• "You've hit today's assistant limit": there's a daily message cap. It resets tomorrow.

Account

• No confirmation email: check spam, then try logging in. Passwords need at least 6 characters.
• "That username is taken": pick a different public cookbook name.
• Sent to the plan page: your trial or subscription ended. Recipes are safe and you can still download them from Account.
