Open the recipe, choose Add to my food diary, and enter 1 serving, or the amount in cups once the recipe has a serving size like 1 cup. If you set the serving size to match your tray, one cube is one serving.
Edit the recipe and set Size of one serving to 1 cup, then set Servings to the number of cubes the batch makes. For the 2-cup tray use 2 cups, for the half-cup tray 0.5 cups.
