Install MagicMeals on your iPhone or Android phone
Install MagicMeals on iPhone or Android in a few taps. It opens full screen from your home screen like a regular app, with no app store needed.
In short

On iPhone or iPad
- 1Open Safari. Go to magicmeals.app and log in.
- 2Tap Share. Tap the Share button (the square with an arrow pointing up) in Safari's toolbar.
- 3Add to Home Screen. Scroll down, tap Add to Home Screen, then Add. The purple MagicMeals icon appears on your home screen.
On Android
Open magicmeals.app in Chrome and log in. Tap the ⋮ menu in the top corner and choose Install app (or Add to Home screen on some phones). Confirm, and MagicMeals appears with your other apps.
On a computer
MagicMeals works in any modern browser on a laptop or desktop too. In Chrome or Edge you can install it from the install icon at the end of the address bar, which gives it its own window.
Why a web app
A web app updates itself, works the same on every phone, and takes almost no storage. You always have the newest version without visiting an app store.
Tip: The installed app opens straight to Recipes. If it asks you to log in, sign in once and it remembers you.
